Right of Return

If you are not satisfied with a product, Hot Water Today permits you to return the product within 7 days from the moment your order is delivered. At your own expense, you can return the product to us within this time frame, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.

The merchandise should be sent by registered post with insurance purchased from the carrier for the value of merchandise which is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees shall stand as the customer’s responsibility unless specified otherwise.

Right of return only applies to merchandise that is returned in complete, original and undamaged condition. Any merchandise that has been damaged, removed from packaging, replaced with different packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the merchandise, will have the right of return voided. The deadlines mentioned above will take effect from the date of receipt of the order.

Some products may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Hot Water Today will try to avoid this cost though it may still apply. The fee is due to restocking costs from manufacturers and suppliers.
