The Rheem 400L Electric Water Heater can continuously 4-9 people in the household. It has ”like for like” features with older water heater models, making it an ideal replacement for old units. It also comes in a durable commercial grade enamel coating and thicker sacrificial anode to make your hot water heater last longer.

When replacing a gas storage unit with an instant unit, what needs to be considered?

Gas and water pipe sizing nearly always needs to be upgraded and often this isn’t easy or feasible.
On every occassion, you will require a new power circuit to be run for the instant unit as it is ignited by electric starters, whereas a standard gas storage unit doesn’t require power.
